    The best for the price. We loved every minute of the experience. The staff is extremely kind and the location is perfect. The activities are so fun! Richard is very engaging! The food is delicious and the entertainment is invigorating!

    “Not Fishmen Friendly”

    Our fishing group had stayed at this hotel several times. This is the first time that we have had problems. It may be because of the new Customer Relations Manager. We always depend on the hotel to freeze our catch of the day for safe transport back home at the end of our trip. After the second day of fishing, we found that fish from the previous day was not frozen. The manager told us that their freezer was mal-functioning. They want to charge us $100/day for the use of another freezer. They cannot put our catches inside their kitchen freezer because of health reasons, which we found out was not true, because they did put some catches in there. They finally settle this problem by activating a freezer that was not in use, but restricting accesses to the freezer only once a day. This means we had to put ice on the catches until it was time for the freezer access. This problem really put a bad taste on our group for this stay. We will probably find another hotel for our next trip. Putting this problem aside, I must say that the food and the drinks at this hotel are still very good.

    “Nope don’t do it. ”

    Unprofessional place. Choose any other resort. No shuttle to airport, food is hit or miss. Rooms are ok pools are great but the service kills anything that can remotely make this place pleasurable. Asked the staff many times to help us with transportation to the airport and only get the run around. Told us to take a taxi. How could you not have a safe service to get to and from the airport. Ridiculous. Also paid for a tour of the arch over paid with the lobby. Go elsewhere save yourself the headache

    “Beach Vacation”

    Great experience in Los Cabos! Beautiful resort! Rooms were clean and nice. Side view of ocean from our deck. Food and staff were great! We did some activities! Irene Almazon made guacamole with us. Danny, the activities coordinator was great and non stop! Our favorite bartender was Jaun at the sky bar and our favorite waiter was Jesus at the Sushi Restaurant. The Sushi was really good as well as the mexican and italian food! The buffets were also really good. Never really had a bad meal!!

    “Relaxing Stay”

    This review is very late as my trip was back in December 2014 just after the hurricane hit Cabo. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel was in good shape apart from the airplane tower/sushi bar. The hotel was not very busy during this period as Cabo was still rebuilding after the hurricane. Since it was December the hotel was decked out in Christmas decorations and I found the property to be very clean. Our room was pool facing and was very comfortable. I liked that the staff slid a newsletter under our door at night that outlined the schedule and activities for the next morning. In fact, I looked forward to this every night. One thing I remember is the lack of entertainment during the night. I think there was one fiesta night and a couple of nights with kareoke and live music. I am not sure if this was attributed to the post hurricane situation. While the resort itself isn't large, the pools are great and it is right by the beach. I had no complains about the food. The staff were exceptional and very friendly. I do not speak spanish and I liked how some of the staff encouraged and taught me to step out of my comfort zone and try to learn a new language. Overall, I had a wonderful trip. This trip was my very first time in Mexico and I have been back twice ever since.
