    “Amazing holiday”

    Our second time here! Was even better than last year! Animation team were amazing with their dancing and cocktail shaking! Lovely friendly clean hotel suitable for all ages, will definitely be back! Well done team!!!

    “Lovely hotel! ”

    We stayed for 4nts and was really impressed with the hotel. I must agree with other customers that check in is very slow even though I had completed the online check in it did not make the process any quicker still had to stand in a long queue. I requested an early check in but this was not accommodated, however my other room requests were. Our room was in block 8 over looking the family pool/area. The room was very spacious and modern couldn't fault it really. Lots of free toiletries and we even had bottles of water in our minibar which was good. The all inclusive is fantastic the food is plentiful, good standard and I would say this has probably got to be one of the best European all inclusive I have done and I have done quite a few. I do have one slight criticism and that is the pools could do with being heated, even with the outside temperature 26 degrees the pools were to cold for my baby of 14 months to go in. I would recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate staying again! :)

    “Perfect family holiday”

    For a family with a 2 year old this place was fantastic. The entertainment staff were particularly great and really looked after my child. There's a good selection of food with themes on different nights. Pool temperature was on the colder side but you soon get used to it. Great holiday made better by the the staff.

    “Brilliant place to stay ( faultless)!”

    The occidental Ibiza is a great hotel ..well managed , very helpful staff, basically everything is good , only hiccup was the (metal framed beds) they were far too thin and sqeaked like mad, did not match the super thick comfy mattress

    “Terrible holiday”

    Hotel looked ok as we arrived but then was put in 1210 were you had no view from your balcony apart from room opposit you, food was always cold everywhere you ate not much variety, pool freezing couldn't go in best bit of holiday was returning home never again would I come here or any barcelo hotel in the future and we travel at least 4 times a year
