    “Excellent”

Very good hotel, a little out of the town but well served by bus/metro.For a large chain hotel, the staff were very friendly. Rooms were good. Only flaw is the spa, as you have to pay 20 euros to enter EACH time. It would be better to have a day pass, allowing you to go in and out. Bar service offers a good alternative to the full buffet breakfast, which is good but expensive.

    “Dissapointed with dreary hotel”

Very dissapointing, dreary hotel, poor location and unhelpful staff. For the same money you could stay in a far superior hotel. There was nothing we could recommend about this place. Advice stay somewhere central for the same price

    “Lovely Hotel”

Really loved this hotel.once we had worked out the Metro system by getting on at Santuxi and only 2 stops to the old town.Spanish clientele which added to the experience.Breakfast superb and the breakfast chef cooked marvellous omelettes to order.Hotel staff friendly and happy.

    “Good hotel”

The rooms are clean, well-furnished and spacious; staff friendly and competent and the location convenient (close by bus stops and a metro station and 15 minutes walk from e.g. the Ribeira market). Only black spot in my book: their "coffee"! A four star should be able to afford coffee-machine brewing espresso and other types of coffee on freshly ground coffee rather than Nespresso machines.

“Clean room comfortable beds, disappointing staff ”

The room was tidy and clean, beds comfortable. Bar was generally friendly. A big let down was the staff over all. We found reception staff unfriendly, not smiling or welcoming and when we checked out this morning the lady didn’t even ask did we enjoy our stay. This could be due to poor training, but these touches really do go a long way when you’re visiting a city for the first time. My daughter was very sad she could not use the pool, it was understandable as it was the hotel rules however the girl on reception just shrugged her shoulders at her. A 6 year old. We didn’t eat breakfast there as it was a rip off for what was on offer (by a rude waitress)... Off to San Sebastián this morning to stay in the Astoria, the reception can only get better!!! We can’t wait 😊 Sad to say this isn’t first negative review I’ve ever put on tripadvisor.

A discount* or promotional code (also appears as “promo code”) is a combination of letters and/or numbers that gives a discount on the normal rate. If you have a discount code, enter it when booking and you will receive a discount on your booking. Once you have entered this code, the prices shown in step 1 of the booking process will already include the relevant discount.

The discount does not apply to prices on extras and/or extra services, neither does it apply to prices on last available rooms. You can only apply one discount code per booking which will only be valid at the time of making your booking.**

The maximum amount of accumulated discount will be at most 25% off the rate for hotels in Latin America and at most 20% off the rate for European and Mediterranean hotels. It is possible to combine a discount code with a special discount*** (discounts when you book multiple rooms, senior, resident, millennials, large families, etc.) and the discount for being a my Barceló client.

*Barceló reserves the right to accept the application of advertised discounts.

**The application of the discount code is not valid upon arrival at the hotel; the discount is only applicable at the time of booking.

***The hotel will request to see valid official documents to verify compliance with the conditions for the discount codes and special discounts. In the event of not providing valid official documents or non-compliance, the hotel reserves the right to charge the amounts that were deducted from the original reservation.
