    Personal muy amable, el skybar es genial para tomar unas copas y cenar, todas las instalaciones del hotel nuevas y bien cuidadas. Buen desayuno con variación y especial mención al tomate rallado. Buena localización...volveré!

    “Our December holiday”

    Stayed for 2 nights. The room is spacious enough for my 2 year old daughter to move around. Parking was very easy for hotel guest. The only thing that spoilt the look of the room was the cheap looking plastic folding door between the bedroom and living area. I hope the hotel will change it with something better. It was an amazing stay.

    “IT'S ANOTHER EXPERIENCE”

    I had brought my family to stay at this hotel for an occasion and we arrived a bit earlier than the regular check-in time. There were some couples who are checking in so we waited for our turn hoping we could have a chance to pass an early check-in. During our turn, I had explained that my other family is also joining in the afternoon. Ila the lady at the reception was so articulate and full of information and explained to us that since we arrived earlier it would take some time to get the room for my family. So she offered us to take a sit and offered us to look at the offers for the festive season Dambar brought us some refreshment while waiting for our rooms. While waiting I went to look at the restaurant and I noticed the counter when I enter it that it was a bit untidy and there was some argument between wait staff, the music was too loud (I suggest they should play some jazz music but not loud like a disco club) So I prefer to go back and sit while having some conversation with my families at lobby lounge, the music was also too loud so we have to talk louder too but its so unpleasant to the ears usually, hotels must have music beat but soft also there is less staff and while we were called to settle our bill the receptionist was multitasking, she answers many phone calls before we were attended and be given the keys(Does this mean the hotel has no telephone operator?). We were relieved when we finally got our room though. Now the scenario changes when my cousin who arrived later was given with wrong room by Lu and she's rude with another guest waiting. It was a disaster to come to the room occupied with someone else and the rest of my family who was waiting at the lobby was met with one of the managers introduces herself as experience manager seems arrogant, she told my sisters that check-in time is at 3 sorry you have to wait (but they waited for long) and they felt intimidated instead of being taken care of. My sister keeps dialling the housekeeping number from her room but nobody answers the same with the restaurant. Now as an experienced traveller, I believe that the hotel management should not operate with less staff and hotel should be prepared completely before any circumstances of such occasion. But our experience was not completely bad, the pool was nice and we liked the food, the stage bar is great, only I suggest you must have more security to guide where the taxi will pick up the guest and more bellboy to pick luggage, more staff to assist the guests, the tables at the lobby should not have coffee sugars unless its a coffee shop, also bus drop off at least to Emirates Mall. As shown in your reservation confirmation and on the websites, check in time starts at 3pm. However we always do our best to allocate our guests as soon as they arrive. Unfortunately during periods of high occupancy it may not be possible as check out time for guests in house is 12pm. Afterwards our housekeeping staff need to prepare and clean the rooms for arrival guests. We feel really disappointed regarding your comments toward our staff. We will share them with the persons involved (including myself) in order to avoid our guests get this impression from our side.     “An Excellent Hotel to stay!”

    Hotel is clean, nice staffs, quite place to stay and relax. Regarding the service, I didn't make it excellent because of one Receptionist lady who makes me upset. it is almost perfect hotel for me but because of her rude attitude and not so welcoming way to treat client, I just make the review Very Good but as for the another staffs, they are Brilliant and nice!

    The main tip is to cover the issue of being away from the city center by increasing the frequency of the shuttle service up and down. Secondly in case of any issue, the management or relevant staff should resolve it immediately instead of being stuck with the arrangements which didn't work. Guests expect outstanding prompt responses.
