Dubai Experience Camel Desert Safari

A camel safari is the most traditional way to explore the Dubai desert. Cross the desert in a traditional camel caravan and discover why nomadic Bedouins rely on these endearing animals, known as “desert ships.” We follow strict animal welfare guidelines and only offer ethical camel safaris in Dubai.

Your 45-minute journey through the desert follows in the footsteps of Bedouin travelers and leads you to a falconry show in the dunes. Discover an important part of Emirati culture with a professional falconry show.

Spend the evening in a setting reminiscent of 1950s Dubai. Soak up the culture with fascinating activities like henna painting, baking Arabic bread and coffee, and traditional performances at our Bedouin camp. Enjoy a four-course dinner of Arabic cuisine and let yourself be enchanted by the magic of this unique setting under the stars.

- A portion of your desert safari expenses is donated to local conservation in Dubai.

- Pickup from Dubai hotels is included and will be in a shared, air-conditioned vehicle.

- Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance when booking online. For last-minute bookings, feel free to contact our reservations team.

- Children between 5 and 11 years old will be charged at the child rate.

- A private car reservation is required if you are traveling with children under the age of five.

- This safari includes a traditional dinner; however, please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking We can offer vegetarian, vegan, kosher, and gluten-free options.

- Sanitary facilities are available at the camp.

- Camel safari is not recommended for women who are more than six months pregnant.

- We limit the number of participants to 75-100 people in our very spacious camps for the comfort of our guests.

- As it can get quite hot in the desert during the day throughout the year, we suggest that you bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and cool, comfortable clothing. For winter desert safaris (November to March), we recommend bringing something warm to wear for the evening.
