Description
Set off on Dubai's most famous desert safari. Be a part of history and experience the desert like never before. Your professional Conservation Guide will take you on a safari in the Dubai Desert while telling you about the fauna and flora of the desert and how the Bedouins survived. Admire a magnificent sunset over the Arabian sky while watching a falconry show. Spend the evening gently with a delicious Emirati dinner and a shisha of different flavors. Entertain yourself with traditional shows like the Yola and the drum before heading back to town.
Customize your tour by choosing how you want to explore the desert during your 60-minute safari. The vintage Land Rover ensures a return to the time when the first vehicles were introduced to the United Arab Emirates in the 1950s. Feel the wind in your hair and take unrepeatable photos in these classic cars. Feel like an old-fashioned Bedouin by choosing to cross the desert on a camel safari. “Desert ships” are an integral part of the heritage of the United Arab Emirates.
What should you know before you go?
- A portion of your desert safari expenses is donated to local conservation in Dubai.
- Pickup from Dubai hotels is included and will be in a shared, air-conditioned vehicle (unless otherwise booked).
- Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance when booking online. For short-term bookings, do not hesitate to contact our reservations team.
- Children between 5 and 11 years old are charged at the child rate.
- It is necessary to book a private car if you are traveling with children under the age of five.
- This safari includes a traditional dinner; however, please let us know about any diet or allergies when booking. We can welcome vegetarians, vegans, kosher, gluten-free people.
- Sanitary facilities are available at the camp.
- Walking in nature is not recommended for pregnant women who are in their 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
- Some vehicles can accommodate up to ten people.
- We limit the number to 75-100 guests in our very spacious camps for the comfort of our guests.
What to bring?
- As the desert can get quite hot during the day all year round, we suggest that you bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and cool, comfortable clothing. For winter desert safaris (November to March), we recommend that you bring warm clothing for the evening.
