Beginner-Level Snowshoeing is a winter sport that consists of walking on snow using snowshoes without sinking or getting wet. This activity is ideal for families, children, couples, or anyone who wants to get started in mountain and snow sports, requiring low effort but offering great fun.
Our beginner-level snowshoeing routes are guided and led by officially certified Mountain Guides. During the activity, you will learn from scratch which types of terrain and slopes are suitable for snowshoes, basic safety concepts, and mountain progression techniques.
These experiences are designed for families with children, people who do little weekly exercise, those recovering from an injury, or anyone who simply wants to try snowshoeing for the first time.
On this activity, you will enjoy a unique mountain environment, free of skiers, and learn this exciting winter sport from the very beginning.
Highlights: Your first snowshoeing experience, the beauty of the vast white landscape, and nature in its purest form.
During this activity, we will complete a beginner-level snowshoeing route lasting approximately 2 hours. This is an introductory route with very gentle slopes, especially designed for families with children or people trying this experience for the first time. Through practical exercises, you will learn how to use snowshoes, gaining basic skills that will allow you to tackle longer and more advanced routes in the future.
