Description
We will explore the footprints left by dinosaurs along the coast of Colunga, at La Griega Beach in Lastres. These are impressive traces of the past, set against the charming fishing villages and some of the most beautiful beaches in eastern Asturias.
We will complete the day with a walk along the Bufones de Pría, at the border between Llanes and Ribadesella, where we can witness the power of the Cantabrian Sea carving into the rocks and creating cavities that whistle and roar as the waves crash. The proximity of the Picos de Europa will surely amaze you. We will stop for lunch in Ribadesella before returning to Oviedo.
What will you see?
-Excursion to the eastern Asturian coast and the Bufones de Pría from Oviedo, as well as the Cliffs of Hell, the magical Luces Lighthouse in Lastres, and lunch at the port of Ribadesella, where salmon swim upstream and kayakers take on the Sella River Descent.

Who can participate?
-Anyone who can walk normally, regardless of fitness level; the areas we will explore have gentle slopes and are accessible.
Recommended Clothing and Footwear
-We recommend comfortable sportswear and walking shoes. Keep in mind that the weather in northern Spain is changeable, so bring a warm jacket—you can leave it in the van if you don’t end up needing it.
