Explore the Lobos Island Natural Park on a guided route of approximately 10 kilometres, combining volcanic landscapes, historical heritage and a protected marine environment.
The day begins with pick-up in Caleta de Fuste or Corralejo and transfer to Corralejo harbour. From there, you will take a ferry crossing of around 15 minutes to the island. Once in Lobos, and after arranging lunch at the local restaurant, the hike starts towards La Calera or La Concha, a wide bay with turquoise waters where a Roman archaeological site linked to the production of purple dye in ancient times can be found.
The route continues with the ascent to La Caldera volcano, reaching 127 metres in height, where panoramic views of the archipelago and the northern coastline of Fuerteventura await at the summit. Afterwards, the trail leads to El Puertito, a former fishing settlement where you can rest, swim in natural pools and enjoy the included lunch.
After free time, the return boat to Corralejo and transfer back to your hotel complete the experience. The activity lasts approximately 10 hours and is suitable for participants accustomed to walking and in good physical condition.
A comprehensive way to explore Lobos on foot, learn about its history and enjoy its unique natural setting accompanied by a professional guide.
