The most desert-like and wild side of Fuerteventura
Discover the least-known coastline of Fuerteventura and the Jandía Natural Park, a unique environment full of paleontological wonders, where you can observe numerous terrestrial fossils and paleo-dunes shaped by erosion over millions of years.
The route begins in the Pecenescal Ravine and continues northwest along the historic “Prisoners’ Path”, leading to one of the most breathtaking landscapes on the island: a vast desert of white sand dunes. We will then head southwest to explore several natural caves, where we will make a short stop to listen to the roar of the ocean and admire the entire Cofete coastline with its endless beaches.
