History, Culture and Archaeology
We will visit the oldest capital of the Canary Islands, founded in 1404, the historical heart of Fuerteventura and considered one of the most beautiful villages in Spain.
First, we will stop at the Guise and Ayose Viewpoint, named after the island’s ancient aboriginal kings, where we can enjoy spectacular views of the island’s desert and volcanic landscapes, typical of the oldest island in the Canary archipelago.
Next, we will head to a traditional family-run farm, where we will taste one of Fuerteventura’s most authentic flavours: goat cheese. Afterwards, we will visit the Franciscan Convent of San Buenaventura, the Church of Santa María and the Archaeological Museum of Fuerteventura.
Afterwards, there will be free time to go shopping, stroll through the old cobbled streets of the village or simply relax and enjoy a drink.
