Description
Driving a buggy through northern Fuerteventura offers a direct way to experience its volcanic terrain, unpaved tracks and wide-open landscapes. This route starts in Corralejo and combines driving with time to observe the surroundings.
After meeting at the designated point, the itinerary follows a short road section towards Villaverde, where the off-road segment begins. From here, you will cross characteristic volcanic ground, gaining a different perspective of the island’s landscape.
Several brief stops are included along the way, including a panoramic viewpoint overlooking much of northern Fuerteventura. During one of these breaks, a drink is provided, allowing time to pause and take in the setting.
The route continues towards Parque Holandés and ends with a visit to the Corralejo Dunes. As this is a protected natural area, vehicles are parked outside and access is on foot, in line with conservation guidelines.
A balanced route that alternates driving with short stops across some of the island’s most recognisable landscapes.
