Description
Discover La Manga from a different perspective on a boat trip that takes you from the Mar Menor into the Mediterranean in a single experience. Choose between a scenic cruise focused on the journey itself or a longer option including time to swim and snorkel.
Mar Menor and the La Manga coastline
The route begins on the Mar Menor and follows around 10 kilometres of the La Manga coastline. From the boat, you will have views of four of its five islands and the Islote de la Galera while taking in the scenery from the water.
Puerto Tomás Maestre and Canal del Estacio
Along the way, you will pass Puerto Tomás Maestre and navigate through the Canal del Estacio and its distinctive drawbridge, leaving the Mar Menor behind as you head into the Mediterranean.
Isla Grosa and Islote del Farallón
Once in the Mediterranean, the boat will sail around Isla Grosa and the Islote del Farallón, two natural sites of significant ecological value. Outside the restricted period, the route also includes an approach to the Cueva del Dragón on Isla Grosa.
Swimming and snorkelling option
If you choose the option with anchoring, the same route includes an approximately 30-minute stop to enjoy the sea. The anchoring point will be selected according to sea conditions and may be near the Islote del Farallón, Isla Grosa, Ensenada del Esparto or in the Mar Menor itself.
During the stop, you can go for a swim, use the basic snorkelling equipment provided or relax on the large floating mat. This option also includes one drink.

• The Solaz boat has capacity for 45 passengers and 2 crew members
• The anchoring location may vary depending on sea conditions
• The excursion may be modified or cancelled due to adverse sea conditions
• Please arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure

• A 300-metre approach restriction applies around Isla Grosa and Islote del Farallón until 9 August
