  • Food & drinks

  • In our first stop we will visit one of the most interesting medieval towns in Galicia and Spain, the town of Castro Caldelas. This town stands out especially for its castle. We will also have the opportunity to walk through the old town and admire beautiful temples such as the 19th century church of Nuestra Señora de los Remedios, all while enjoying some of the local gastronomic products.
  • At the next stop we will visit deeply the Ribeira Sacra zone by an interesting catamaran ride. From the boat we will be able to observe what is known as “heroic viticulture”, which owes its name to the steepness of where the Ribeiro vineyards grow that surround the Sil river pass.
  • Following the Sil we will continue towards one of the most incredible viewpoints in the area from which we will be able to enjoy spectacular views of the outline of the river and its kilometric banks, full of vineyards.
  • Our next stop will be visiting one of the largest towns in the area, Monforte de Lemos, known as one of the most important noble titles in Spain. There, you will have the chance of trying the typical gastronomy, and then we will visit the mountains which gives its name to the town where the monastery of San Vicente del Pino and the old Condado fortress are located.
  • We will visit the monastery of San Vicente de Pino built on the old fort that gave rise to Monforte during the Bronze Age. Originating in the 10th century, its current configuration dates from the 16th. It is currently a national Hotel
  • And to finish off a completely full day we will visit a local winery to enjoy tasting a good Ribeiro wine, one of the most famous denominations of origin in Galicia. We will have the opportunity to taste up to 5 types of the varieties produced in the area. Definitely a good end to our excursion
