    “New experience at Bávaro Premium Level”

    I have just checked in until Sunday, looking forwarded to share this experience this year. Will participate in activities, the Spa, Chez Gourmet restaurant, the Yoga and Zumba lessons convention center.... Love this hotel.

    “Great Service”

    The person who hands out the towels; Jonathan Lapost was very helpful with all my questions about the resort. He answered all my questions in English and was very polite and courteous. It is people like him that make me want to come back to this Resort. Overall the entire service has been great and people like him make it even more important, thank you. Mike J

    “Forget the negative reviews the staff were all friendly!”

    Just spent a week at premium level. The rooms was nice, large. I would have made the bathrooms bigger by making the halls smaller but all in all nice. Very clean, no mold, everything worked fine. The housekeepers were wonderful, pleasant, eager to please despite the language barrier. There was a bit of confusion about transportation from the airport. WE took a cab and after arriving they said there should have been someone there waiting for you, when time to leave they said no transportation included Back to the staff. They were all very nice and accommodating. We did speak very very minimal Spanish but they appreciate a jola. I think the people complaining about the lack of English should make a little effort. You are in a Spanish speaking country after all. You can always find someone who is pretty good if you ask. Google translate can help for simple words. Most of the people we attempted to talk to were interested in learning the English words, as we were to learn the Spanish. The waitress we encountered a good bit, Evalisse was wonderful, attentive, kind and efficient. Food- Bland bland bland I understand you are preparing massive amounts of food but please please make at least a small place on your buffets with authentic Dominican food. Seems like there are alot of comments asking for it. Try it, you will please more people. Also listing ingredients of mixtures would be helpful. I encountered one person who understood what vegan is...only problem is so little protein. Take a lesson from the Royalton and create a vegan station at every buffet. There were a lot of nice salads, only found rocket at the golf restaurant though...which by the way is the best place we ate. Now for wine---aren't you a Spanish chain? Get some decent Spanish wine as the house wine. Especially for those who opt to pay for premium level. Your wine is simply awful and I am not going to pay $60 for a bottle of the same wine that I buy in the states for $8. It won't break the bank and will make your customers happy. You have a wide variety of liquor brands. Get some drinkable wine please. You guys did a fantastic job of trying to keep up with all the seaweed. I appreciate what an impact that has on your business. I was happy that it kept a lot of people in the pool. We had a lot of room on the beach. All in all we had a nice time despite pointing out the negatives.

    “Fantastico!”

    Junior suite fronte oceano...praticamente una terrazza sospesa sul mare. Con la formula premium ci sono vari vantaggi (ristoranti e aree riservate nei bar), girare per le varie strutture del complesso con il trenino è abbastanza spassoso. Colazione quasi sempre alla Brisa (Frullati di frutta fresca eccezionali), cena nei vari ristoranti (ottimo quello di cucina locale), qualche puntata al casinò e tanto mare caraibico. Non c'era animazione, o se c'era non ce ne siamo accorti, ma va bene così. Ottimo

    “Vacanze speciali”

    Sono in luna di miele al Barcelo bavaro palace deluxe. Ho scelto il trattamento vip con camera vista mare, e tanti altri speciale che rendono il tutto speciale. Resort pulito, organizzato e con tanti ristoranti. Spiaggia attrezzata è molto bella. Non so che dire se non augurarvi di prenotare in fretta. Buon divertimento
