    “Clean and comfortable hotel in good location”

    Staying by the coast for a few weeks, decided to take a trip up to Granada and rather than have to rush about, booked a last minute deal for this hotel. Good decision! We arrived at 11:00 and put the car straight into the underground car park (€18) - yet another good decision. Luckily our room was ready so we dropped off our bags. The very friendly and helpful guy on reception called us a taxi to take us up to The Alhambra, for where we had booked tickets on line (essential!) Our room was of a decent size, as was the bathroom and very clean. The only thing missing for us Brits was tea-making facilities and the BBC channel on tv! Had breakfast at €10 which was just ok - to be fair we didn’t get there till 09:30 and some of the ‘hot’ food was lukewarm. Fair amount of choice. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to visitors to Granada. If you found this review useful, please show your appreciation by voting. Thank you

    “Stay in Granada During New year”

    Excellent hotel for the money..Clean and close to the center..Big Rooms..WIFI is very good..Staff very friendly..They can improve food selection in the bar..I did not have break fast since it was 10 Euro person..Many CAFEs surrounding the hotel where you can get good coffee and pastries

    “Excellent Hotel in an ideal location”

    First impression are always important. We had arrived early at the hotel(check in time is 2pm), but the hotel was very accommodating and checked us in and gave us the rooms which were available. Which was very generous of them. Also when leaving they kept our luggage in a secure room until we left, as you have to checkout before 12pm. So another nice gesture, which helped us a great deal as our flight was late. So thank you for for these gestures. Was impressed by the rooms also, the double rooms were spacious and clean. With very comfy beds. The only slight criticism was the triple room which we had booked too. The size and cleanliness of the room was fine. And the 2 beds were fine too, only thing was the third bed. It wasn't like the other 2 beds. Was also less comfy and slightly smaller. Also there was no head board to it and was not against a flat wall but about half of it was against a pillar. So was slightly uncomfortable for the 3rd person as you can understand. So because of this i had to slightly mark it down. As i was told all three beds would be same. The breakfast was excellent too, with plenty of variety. From cereals to cakes. As well as ice cream and plenty more. Was very impressed with it. Also the staff was very helpful throughout the hotel, from the receptionist to the kitchen staff. The location was in ideal location, as it was about 10-15mins walk to the heart of city. But there are plenty of shops around. and touching distance to where the town starts. It was only about 10mins walk to the science park, which is must for anyone going to Granada. So would like to thank the hotel again for the whole service it offered.

    “Бедные завтраки и грязные номера”

    К сожалению, несмотря на удачное расположение на хорошей оживленной улице с кафе и магазинами в центре города, рядом с достопримечательностями, отель поразил отвратительным состоянием номеров: подслеповатый темный номер с очень слабыми лампочками и грязные полы! под кроватью вообще не убирали месяцами, такое впечатление. Кругом на полу волосы и грязь, метут полы только по центру комнаты! Приятное впечатление от общения с персоналом на ресепшн испортили невкусные и скудные завтраки в огромном неуютном зале ресторана. Завтраки брать не советую. Номера просторные, как и ванная комната.

    “Старый отель с плохой уборкой”

    Отель в центре, в хорошем районе Сан-Антон (название по улице магазинов и кафе), пешком до самого туристического района за 15 минут неспешной и приятной прогулки. До Альгамбры брали такси от отеля за 8 евро (пешком далеко). Выбирали из-за наличия парковки (своя подземная, но очень узкий въезд, для маленьких авто). Не понравилось: в номерах отвратительная уборка, в каждом углу и укромном месте - клубы пыли и грязь (см фото)! В номерах очень темно, освещения - слабые прикроватные светильники. Плохой завтрак, просто стыдно для отеля 4 звезды - порошковый сок, отвратительный кофе из автоматов Нескафе, скудный выбор, вернее, его отсутствие. Отель обслуживает большие автобусные группы, приезжающие на день. И питание подстроено под эти дешевые туры.
