    “تجربة سيئة مقارنة بزيارتي الاولى للفندق”

    زيارتي للفندق قبل 7 اشهر كانت افضل بكثير من زيارتي الثانية. تم اجباري بدفع مبلغ اضافي بدون سبب مقنع. اسلوب موظفين الاستقبال سيء جدا. اللغة الانجليزية متواضعه. لن اكرر زيارتي لهذا الفندق مره اخرى. لوجود خيارات افضل وبأسعار منافسه

     Dear Mr Badr, Firstly we thank you for making our Barceló your choice hotel for a second visit to Istanbul, although we regret that we fell a little short of your expectations this time around. We however understand reading your review that apparently you were not properly informed about our hotel’s services upon your arrival and would like to take the opportunity to point out that a full description of our services is available on our website; as you will see the extra charge for the early check in at 10:00 am, as our check in time is at 14:00. We regret hearing that the service provided at reception fell short of your expectations as the entire team put a lot of effort to maintain the highest standards of service for our guests to fully enjoy their experience among us. We hope this does not deter you from staying with us again and look forward to welcoming you back to our hotel in the near future for a more positive experience, as it should be.     “فندق بارسيلو الخيار الأفضل”

    موقع الفندق والهدوء ورحابة المكان وتعامل الموظفين راقي وسرعة الاستجابة عند طلب الخدمه ولكن يلاحظ التباين في السعر خلال فترة قصيره هناك مبالغه في السعر لابد من البحث اكثر من يوم وتوقيت لكي تحصل على سعر جيد

    “جميل ومريح جداً وراقي 😍”

    من افضل الفنادق في اسطنبول رائع وجميل.. من الفنادق الراقية وذوق الفندق رفيع وتوجد ضيافة للنزلاء في الاستقبال وايضاً الفندق مريح نفسياً وجميع وسائل الراحة فيه بالاضافة إلى قربه من شارع الاستقلال 👏🏻😍
