Its proposal combines the identity and intensity of Mexican cuisine with Italian, Thai and international specialities, reinterpreted through selected ingredients, creativity and a careful respect for the product. The hotel has 7 restaurants, including speciality spaces, a buffet, and areas designed for enjoying aperitifs.

Palazzo

Palazzo invites you to discover the Italian essence through traditional recipes, fresh homemade pasta, and selected ingredients, all prepared on the spot to preserve their full flavour. Its elegant, refined atmosphere evokes a sense of beauty and classic Italian style. The opening hours are from 18.00 to 22.00.

Azia Avant Thai

It proposes a journey through the diversity of Thai cuisine, with elaborations that respect the essence of the recipe book. High-quality ingredients, precise techniques and careful presentation come together to create a true culinary journey. The schedule is from 18.00 to 22.00

Chef’s Table

The Mesa del Chef restaurant transforms gastronomy into an intimate and privileged experience. In front of the diners, the chef designs and presents a 9-course gourmet tasting menu, accompanied by a pairing and unique ingredients. It is available for an additional cost and accommodates up to 4 people per table.

Spices

With the Caribbean Sea as a backdrop, Spices pays homage to Mexican cuisine's richness through recipes made with local ingredients. Its proposal combines authenticity and freshness in a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for enjoying the country's flavours at different times of day. Breakfast is from 8.00 to 12.00, lunch from 13.00 to 14.30 and dinner from 18.00 to 22.00.

Ventanas

A restaurant that offers a gourmet experience inspired by the traditions of southern Spain, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Natural light and panoramic views are essential to a sophisticated space, where every detail complements a characterful dinner. The schedule is from 18.00 to 22.00

The Grill

It offers a romantic open-air dinner, illuminated by candlelight, with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. Its menu brings together fresh fish and seafood, Angus Prime beef, lamb, and a carefully selected range of cuts, all prepared on the grill to enhance flavour and texture. The restaurant is open from 18.00 to 22.00.

The Deck

Located outdoors next to the main pool and facing the beach, it offers a variety of delicious à la carte dishes, snacks, and drinks, along with a welcoming snack station. Breakfast is served from 07.00 to 11.00 and lunch from 12.00 to 17.00.

Its proposal brings together a carefully selected range of signature cocktails, premium drinks, international spirits, and refreshing tropical options inspired by the Caribbean. The hotel has 5 strategically located bars , from relaxed poolside spaces to enclaves overlooking the sea. A diverse, sophisticated offering that lets you discover a different option for each service.

Allegria Bar

The bar has a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for enjoying live music and a carefully curated selection of drinks, from classic cocktails to contemporary creations. The variety in mixology is sure to captivate even the most discerning palates. The bar is open from 10.00 to 01.00.

Ventanas Lounge Bar

It invites you to extend the evening in an elegant atmosphere, accompanied by live piano music. An intimate and sophisticated space where you can enjoy a drink after a day of relaxation by the pool or in the spa. It is open from 18.00 to 22.00.

Teatime

Every afternoon from 16.00 to 18.00, the terrace next to the Ventanas restaurant hosts a careful tea service. Sparkling wine, international coffees and a selection of English teas are accompanied by canapés, sandwiches and delicate pastries.

Deck Bar

Located on the beach, Bar Deck offers a relaxed beachfront spot to enjoy refreshing drinks and cocktails. It is open from 10.00 to 18.00

Tequila Bar

We offer you an exquisite selection of spirits carefully selected for each guest, as we invite you to explore and enjoy aromas and flavours that are part of Mexican culture. All set in an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere.

Dress code: Formal shorts are allowed. The use of sweatpants and swimming costumes is prohibited. As for footwear, closed shoes, tennis shoes or similar are accepted. Formal style sandals can also be worn. All restaurants reserve the right to deny access if the dress code is not complied with.

This regulation applies to all restaurants except Ventanas Restaurant, Chef's Table, and Palazzo Restaurant, where formal attire is required.
