The restaurant, located on the second floor, next to the lobby bar, fuses the essence of Mediterranean cuisine with the elegance of the Italian Renaissance. It offers VIP seating, restaurant options, and a four-seat chef's table, as well as an outdoor terrace. With a bright and welcoming ambiance, L'Olio is an elegant enclave that offers a first-class culinary experience. Our chefs are prepared to customize each dish according to guests' preferences and needs, paying particular attention to allergies and food preferences. The restaurant also has an additional salad bar at the entrance. Diners can take advantage of the exclusive Chef Table experience, which offers a six-course menu for up to four people at $75 per person.
