What is the minimum time frame to make a reservation?
We recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance to ensure availability and have enough time to coordinate all the details.
What catering options do you offer and can we have a tasting before the wedding?
We offer a pre-set three-course menu. The couple can choose the option that best suits their preferences.
Does the hotel have a wedding planning team?
Yes, the hotel has a specialised Wedding Planner who will assist you with every detail of the planning process.
What spaces are available for the ceremony and reception?
- Beach: An impressive white sand setting with capacity for more than 100 guests. (Requires tent rental; taxes for beach use are included).
- Garden: A picturesque space ideal for ceremonies or cocktails, with a capacity for up to 80 people. Please note that banquets are not allowed in the garden.
What is the maximum guest capacity for events?
The hotel can host events with a maximum of 100 guests.
Do you offer photography and videography services or can we bring our own vendors?
We work with our internal supplier, Estudio 11:11. If you decide to bring an external supplier, a fee of $1,000 USD applies.
Does the hotel provide babysitting or childcare services during the wedding?
Although we do not offer specific babysitting services for weddings, the hotel's Kids Club operates from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Children can enjoy supervised activities and games during these hours.
Are there private spaces or rooms for the preparation of the bride and groom?
Yes, we offer a private area to ensure comfort and intimacy before the ceremony. However, we do not have dedicated rooms for the preparation of the bride and groom.
