    “Fabulous holiday”

    Just came back. Very clean. Food nice, rooms clean, staff friendly. Recommended. All inclusive was the best way to go. We had the gold band. Name spirits. Very attentive staff and have you what we asked for. Entertainment could have been better but they were very enthusiastic.

    “Fantastic for all the family ”

    Me, my partner and my 2 kids are currently here at the moment. Half way through our 7 night holiday. We have been so impressed with the beautiful buildings, friendly hardworking staff from the restaurant staff, Entertainers, life guards, photographers to the staff cleaning the rooms. Everyone is so welcoming and happy to help. The pool and evening entertainment is brilliant they work so hard all day and evening to ensure something is always going on and speak in so many different languages throughout to make sure caters to all guests. We were all very impressed!! Plenty of choice in food every meal time and food is very tasty and so are the cocktails which is handy when staying all inclusive 😉🍹 In the quieter part or Tenerife but has handful of shops, bars and restaurants just a short walk down the hill which has some beautiful scenery. If you fancy a trip into the more busier part of the island there is information on transport at the front desk. Me and my partner have both said that we would happily return every year as our annual family holiday and that’s decided mid way through our stay and we be booking next years stay for longer as soon as we are home. If your debating visiting... do it!

    “10 days stay”

    room smelled of drains, patio door wouldn't close after 10 nights still not repaired. food the same day after day. kids entertainment . very quiet not much in area. no air conditioning in bedroom. pool is sea water that has been treated.

We apologize for any smells that emanated from the pipes and affected your stay. These smells are not a regular occurrence and tend to be caused by external factors that sometimes affect the hotel and nearby buildings during certain months, which is why the Maintenance Department checks the pipes periodically. Moreover, we lament reading that our buffet offer did not live up to your expectations as our professional Chefs strive to surprise our guests with a high standard gastronomy and the possibility to savor the best of the local cuisine as well as the finest international delights, however as we receive guests of all nationalities and ages, we do not over spice the dishes in order to please all palates, nevertheless there is a wide spice station in our buffet for our guests to help themselves and season their dishes to their liking. We sincerely lament reading that your stay was not as pleasant as it should have been and we would be very pleased to welcome you again in the future ensuring you in advance of our utmost commitment to make your next Barceló holiday experience an unforgettable one for all the right reasons.     no negative objections, very good stay in this hotel, food, room, service and staff on the excellent level, I reccomend this hotel without any doubts. very close to SIAM PARK and close to the black sand beach! .
