Excellent location for excursions and families short walk to black sand beach that gets very hot and I mean very hot enough to blister your feet so wear sensible foot wear. Entertainment staff brilliant for kids can't rate this hotel high enough...5star...

    “Family Hotel, not for couples.”

We booked this Hotel as a couple for a weeks break after easter thinking the kids would have gone back to school, how wrong could we be, there seemed hundreds of them, well they made enough noise for hundreds, especially the girls screaming and screeching at high pitch with parents oblivious to the noise they were making. Our room was in A block with the bedroom overlooking the pool, with single glazed windows, the front of the apartment had a lovely balcony facing the main road with sea views. The apartment was slightly dated, mainly the kitchen cupboards, beds horrendous, rock hard. We did not use the air conditioning unit as it was unsafe to use due to the amount of dust and dirt inside the units housing, needs servicing immediately ( I am a Heating and Ventilating Engineer ). Generally the Hotel is very good and value for money for what we paid, the selection of food was excellent and varied, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We went AI and the drinks provided were excellent quality with the serve yourself option very good until 2 days before the end of our holiday when all the spirits were removed and you had to queue at the bar. One major plus is an excellent bus service that stops right outside the Hotel, the buses are frequent and cheap, 1.45 euros into Los Gigantes, 4 euros into Los Christianos stopping at all main resorts. I would highly recommend this Hotel to families with children, with the animation team the best and most hard working I have seen at any Hotel I have visited. To sum up we had a very enjoyable holiday.

    “Not a bad hotel”

My wife, son and myself had a week away at Easter at this hotel. Don't know what to call it as its one name on the roof and one name on the paperwork lol. When we first arrived it was nice and quiet, plenty of room in the dinner hall and at the pool bar. Then on Thursday it went a bit mad, it was Easter weekend so got really busy with locals I think, well they were Spanish i know that much because the pool man was getting them to get him beer all day. The rooms are clean and up to date, the areas are kept clean and tidy. The staff are friendly, the entertainment team are hard working, do their best and are on the go for most of the day. Plenty of pool choice and plenty of sunbeds, only thing is, is a lot of them are broken so sometimes you have to make do, or hunt for a good one. Food was good, plenty of choice and always something fresh being cooked. I thought the self service of all drinks was fantastic, not once did I have to queue for a drink, I think is more beneficial to the hotel, because you only get what you want, not think to yourself I've been queuing for 20 mins I'm going to get 10 beers to save going back. I dont think this quite ticks the box of 4*. I think the place needs a bit of a face lift, the food although good not on the 4* platform, the night time entertainment is very poor. Its good for a winter break, as i can imagine that in the summer when its full it would be hard to get a seat in the day or night.

    “Family Stay”

A really good holiday with the family kids aged 11 & 13. All inclusive with good selection of food and drink. Three pools to choose from with friendly staff on hand to help and answer questions as well as the hotel being conveniently located.
