    “Awfull”

    No house keeping no towels no clean sheets nothing the room was clean the first day and the last day it ruined my stay completely. First I had no towels and no toilet paper then the next no one even bothered to come into my room and do cleaning. What kind of hotel is this?

    “Good basic hotel with very nice roms.”

    A nice hotel outside the city center. Very nice and clean modern rooms. Continental breakfast as expected. Service from reception could be better. If you are English speaking it could be good to know that even though many channels on the tv, very few in English.

    “Really poor service”

    Room service is a disaster. It took them 2 hours from the time I called the first time (I had to call 3 times) to the time the food arrived. The food arrived cold and not cooked through. Linen was not clean. Desks are tiny. My laptop didn't fit on the desk and I was at the executive floor.

    Everything was good and everyone was friendly and bartender was the best of the world so Thanks for everyone also the room was fine clean, finally I was very happy at hotel Occidental Prague 4 Thanks for everything

    “Bar team”

    Stayed for a week with 20 other guys and the bar team was always happy and served good drinks. The rooms were good and the cleanliness was always of a high standard. the only down side was the lomg wait times for the elevators every day, so most of us just used the stairs.
