Description
The west coast of Tenerife reveals some of its most rugged and inaccessible landscapes, best appreciated from the sea. This boat trip follows the route between Los Gigantes and Punta de Teno in a small-group setting designed for a more relaxed experience.
The activity begins at the Los Gigantes Marina, where the crew welcomes you on board and provides a brief introduction before departure. From there, the route enters an area shaped by volcanic cliffs, sea caves and striking geological formations that define this stretch of coastline.
As the boat sails alongside the Los Gigantes cliffs, you will enjoy close-up views of their vertical walls rising above the ocean. The experience is complemented by audio commentary at key points, offering context about the landscape and its features.
A stop is made at Masca Bay, where you can swim in open waters or stay on board and relax with a drink while taking in the surroundings. The route then continues towards the Punta de Teno Lighthouse, one of the island’s most distinctive landmarks.
After reaching this point, the return journey to the port begins, completing a route that combines navigation, scenic observation and moments of relaxation.
The contrast between the open ocean and the towering cliffs creates a sense of isolation that is rarely found elsewhere on the island.
