Northern Tenerife is home to some of the island’s most distinctive landscapes and historic towns. This small-group excursion offers the opportunity to explore them at a relaxed pace while discovering places where nature, history and local traditions are still very much alive.
The day begins with pickup from your accommodation or a nearby meeting point in southern Tenerife. From there, the route continues to San Cristóbal de La Laguna, a UNESCO World Heritage city known for its historic architecture and lively streets filled with local character.
The journey then continues into the Anaga Rural Park, one of the oldest geological areas of the island, with an age estimated between seven and nine million years. This protected landscape is home to one of the most important laurel forests in the Canary Islands, alongside characteristic species such as dragon trees and cardón cacti.
Along the way, the excursion also includes stops at well-known northern landmarks such as Las Teresitas Beach and the village of Taganana, where there will be time to enjoy lunch and discover traditional Canarian cuisine.
