Enter the natural surroundings of Doñana aboard a 4x4 vehicle and travel through some of the park’s most protected and least accessible areas. This guided route offers the opportunity to experience the landscapes and wildlife of northern Doñana while crossing restricted zones normally closed to visitors.
During the tour, you will pass through emblematic locations such as the Coto del Rey pine forests, the cork oak groves of Matasgordas, the Hinojos marshlands and the José Antonio Valverde Visitor Centre, one of the park’s key areas for birdwatching.
The variety of ecosystems found in this part of Doñana makes it one of Europe’s most valuable natural spaces. Throughout the route, you may observe numerous bird species in their natural habitat together with mammals such as deer, fallow deer, foxes and wild boars.
With a bit of luck, there is also the possibility of spotting the iconic Iberian lynx, one of the world’s most endangered feline species and one of the strongest conservation symbols of Doñana National Park.
The quietness of the marshes, the changing light across the pine forests and the feeling of travelling through untouched landscapes create a memorable connection with one of Andalusia’s most extraordinary natural environments.
