Description
Experience an introduction to via ferratas in the surroundings of Santa Elena, close to Biescas, on a route designed for travellers seeking an accessible mountain adventure. Its straightforward layout and moderate elevation gain make it suitable for families, groups of friends and children discovering this activity for the first time.
The experience begins with the distribution of technical equipment and a safety briefing led by a qualified mountain guide. Along the route, participants move across metal steps, secured sections and suspension elements while taking in the scenery of the Aragonese Pyrenees and the natural setting surrounding the Santa Elena Hermitage.
The route ends beside the hermitage and its well-known spring, traditionally associated with the purity of its waters. From there, the return follows an easy walking trail back to the parking area. Thanks to its short approach and beginner-friendly difficulty, this via ferrata is an excellent choice for those wishing to try mountain adventure activities in a safe environment.
The height above the valley, the scent of the forest and the mountain views create an outdoor experience full of movement and fresh Pyrenean air.
