    “Great panoramic room, but service poor.”

    Breakfast poor for 5*. Cold “hot” food. Insufficient choice for 5*. Fitness as good as non-existent. Extras based on myBarcelo and not the fact I took a suite (no water or Nespresso capsules after first night). Again this is not 5* quality and does not match other 5* chains. Easy 15 min walk to the centre, Good parking.

    “Another great Barcelo hotel”

    “Impressive! ”

    This hotel's junior suite was impressive compared to other exec rooms I've seen. Family and I also had a triple bed (third bed was a sofa bed of sorts). The staff was friendly enough but not quite "guests are THE most important thing". The pillows were so weird. I'm not sure what it was but I had trouble sleeping with them and so did a couple of my family members. The outside of the hotel looks a bit ugly, but the inside is gorgeous with two great big chandeliers. Triple room also got very hot during the evenings. I opened the window, but a fountain below on an outdoor terrace kept me up a bit. Breakfast for €12.50 was good and had wide selection. I didn't try the restaurant but it's "Michelin recommended" so I wish I did. Family purchased to save some money in order to accommodate more people but still be able to ski in Sierra Nevada. It was a great idea.

    “One grand looking hotel”

    Christmas Day and we arrived in Granada. The lobby is dark but with a tall ceiling and as soon as we were handed our keys to the room, it is fairly large compared with previous hotels. The bed is comfortable and we were able to opened up our cases. Breakfast is good and well stocked with cold cuts and cooked food. Everything is closed on Christmas day so we can't get anything from outside. No time to explore this hotel as we have to depart early the next day for Madrid.

We also celebrate you enjoyed our buffet breakfast, which includes a large assortment of cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables and fruits, a wide variety of hot specialties, many different types of breads and bakeries, showcooking of eggs, omelettes and pancakes, fresh coffee and orange juice, etc. We are looking forward to welcoming you back soon in our hotel, hopefully for a longer stay so that youhave enough time to explore the rest of our facilities and services, such as the Wellness Center, the Piano bar or the a la carte restaurant.     “отличный отель!”

    Мы в этом отеле останавливаемся постоянно, когда бываем в Гранаде, до центра не далеко, пешочком в самый раз, отель немного изменился, стал еще лучше внутри! о кухни сказать ничего не могу, едим всегда внеотеля, но отель мне нравиться, в последний раз наш визит совпал с игрой команды Атлетико!!! Было супер!!!!
