    “This not a 4* Hotel”

    The hotel is clean and the grounds are well maintained but this is certainly not a 4* it’s a 3* at best with a spa. There is absolutely nothing to do in Costa Teguise there is a Euro Spar at the back of the hotel and that’s about it. The TUI brochure will tell you that there is a beach 500m from the hotel but there isn’t there are a few rocks and no access. There is also a large oil refinery which is an eye sore and is the only view from the adult pool. The rooms look nothing like the brochure they are quite run down and are in great need of updating. There is a limited selection of food and it’s always cold no matter what time you go into the restaurant. You can’t get coffee after your dinner in the restaurant it’s only available during breakfast. The waiters will bring drinks to your table at dinner but be warned that they pay most attention to paying guests i.e. non all inclusive guests several times we had finished our meal and were still waiting for drinks (you can’t get your own only from the waiter). If you like pork steaks then you are in luck because they are on the menu every day. Some staff were nice and friendly but most were fairly rude and unhelpful. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room but you can pay to hire a kettle and iron / ironing board which we did. If your not expecting too much then you wont be disappointed if you are looking for a nice holiday with good food, a nice room and friendly staff then don’t book this hotel.

    “Отдых с неприятными сюрпризами”

    В номере были тараканы, на просьбу поменять номер работница ресепшен скептически сказала, что у нее дома тоже есть тараканы, после долгих доказываний мы получили номер - это не сервис. Уборщица не закрыла дверь в номер, могли пропасть личные вещи - это неприемлемо.

    “я не скучала”

    все великолепно! еда, анимация и шоу программа, приветливый персонал! даже в плохую погоду скучать не придется! единственный минус, за неделю ни разу не поменяли халаты, полотенца, уборка номера в неподходящее время. и не мытые полы под кроватью!!!

    “я не скучала”


    все великолепно! еда, анимация и шоу программа, приветливый персонал! даже в плохую погоду скучать не придется! единственный минус, за неделю ни разу не поменяли халаты, полотенца, уборка номера в неподходящее время. и не мытые полы под кроватью!!!
