Located in the garden area, facing the sea and with an enchanting terrace, the Arrozante Restaurant at the Barceló Cabo de Gata Hotel welcomes diners in an incomparable setting with a cuisine based on signature rice dishes, where the flavor and quality of the ingredients are the real stars of the show. Arrozante Restaurant is committed to cuisine that is in touch with the land and traditional Spanish recipes, with rice dishes made from a star ingredient: Bombita rice from the Albufera region of Valencia. This rice is grown using traditional methods in the Ribera Baja region of Valencia, the birthplace of paella and rice cultivation on the peninsula, inspiring passion in the country's most famous chefs.

Arrozante is more than a restaurant; it is a culinary vision with rice as its central theme, guided by Carlos Otaola, one of the best rice chefs in the country. The star ingredient on the menu is bombita rice from the Albufera region of Valencia, which is used to make traditional Valencian paella, black rice or senyoret rice, and brothy rice dishes such as lobster rice, cuttlefish and pumpkin rice, and oxtail rice.
