Welcome to Agave! Located on a cliff with a stunning view of Manzanillo Bay, it is a restaurant offering the best of Mexican specialties. Enjoy the traditional Mexican antojitos (street food-inspired snacks) while you take in the breathtaking scenery. The name Agave pays homage to the essential ingredient in tequila with the same name, one of the most iconic drinks of Mexico. Open for dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, it has an authentic and welcoming atmosphere where you can taste the best of the country's gastronomy.

The Agave restaurant at the Barceló Karmina hotel is a Mexican restaurant located on a cliff offering an almost 360° view of Manzanillo Bay and the Santiago peninsula. With a capacity of 160 people, it is housed in a circular palapa (a traditional Mexican shelter) that offers a subtle ambiance with warm light and outdoor terraces. Enjoy our specialties, like lobster and flank steak crepes, in an environment that's accessible for people with reduced mobility, and with menus in Spanish and English.
The executive chef, Juan Luis Ruelas, guarantees a high-quality culinary experience, backed by his training at the Club Vatel Mexico and La Academie Culinaire de France MX. Come and enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine at Agave, where every meal is an unforgettable experience.
This restaurant is not included in the All-Inclusive program. You must stay a minimum of 2 nights to be able to make a reservation here. Premium Level clients can enjoy reservations every night of their stay.
Dress code: semi-casual Bathing suits, flip-flops, and tank tops for men are not allowed.
