The Premium Level at the Barceló Monterrey Valle hotel includes:
• Early check-in and late check-out, subject to hotel availability.
• Extended American breakfast in the lounge on the Premium Level floor (30th floor) from 7:00 AM–11:00AM.
• Snacks from noon–10:00 PM at the Premium Level on the 30th floor.
• Canapés from 6:00 PM–8:00 PM at the Premium Level on the 30th floor.
• Happy hour with white wine, red wine, sparkling wine, and beer from 6:00 PM–7:00 PM in the 12th-floor lounge. After-hours service is available for a fee.
• Complimentary washing and ironing (maximum of 1 garment per stay), subject to the laundry service opening hour policies.
Note: Guests or those who are not registered with the hotel are not permitted entry on the Premium Level floor.
