La Santa María revolutionises the universe of Spanish tapas with a unique proposal based on the fusion of typical Andalusian cuisine and its typical products with cuisines from other corners of the world such as Genoa, the Canary Islands or Havana, following in the footsteps of Christopher Columbus, whose boat gives its name to the restaurant.
