El Rincón de Juan Carlos of the hotel Royal Hideaway Corales Resort has 2 Michelin Stars, as well as 3 Repsol Suns that recognize the good work of the Padrón brothers. In 2019 Juan Carlos Padrón was also elected "Chef de L'Avenir" by the International Academy of Gastronomy.
Heirs to a saga linked to gastronomy
The Padrón brothers come from a family that has always been dedicated to gastronomy and the search for new flavours. It was their parents, Carlos Padrón and Ina León, who transferred both knowledge and passion to them, and a way of working that is what has allowed them to achieve international recognition with the second Michelin star for this restaurant located in the Royal Hideaway Corales Beach hotel.

The space
40 metres above the ocean and thanks to its stunning sea views, El Rincón de Juan Carlos at the Royal Hideaway Corales Resort hotel is undoubtedly one of the most exceptional restaurants in the Canary Islands. Without losing an iota of the intimate and familiar character that has always characterized the restaurant, in 2021 they moved to their current space at the Royal Hideaway Corales Beach hotel. The comprehensive refurbishment, led by interior designer Mercè Borrell, was conceived so that the Padrón Brothers and their team can continue to grow gastronomically.
The winery
María José and Raquel, sommeliers, lead the dining room and the winery. A careful wine list and pairings that accompany Juan Carlos and Jonathan's dishes to praise each other. Great local, national and international jewels that seek to reflect the personality of the land where they are grown and those who make them.

Cancellation Policy
We ask that in case of not being able to attend, cancel your reservation via email, telephone or using the cancellation link provided by the system at least 24 hours in advance or the system will make a charge of € 150 per diner on the credit card provided.

Due to its complexity, the tasting menu is not suitable for vegetarians or those allergic to fish or seafood.
