In addition to the Star in the MICHELIN Guide and the REPSOL Sun, the San Hô restaurant at the Royal Hideaway Corales Resort hotel was chosen as the Best Restaurant in the Canary Islands at the XXXVIII National Gastronomy Awards of Diario de Avisos. Its chef, Adrián Bosch, was named absolute best chef in the Canary Islands in 2012 and finalist in the prestigious Best Chef in Spain 2016 competition.
