In addition, in 2024, Starfish was distinguished with 3 radishes in the We're Smart Guide, which values the creative use of seasonal ingredients, the percentage of fruit and vegetable dishes on the menu and various sustainability criteria. In 2025 it has been recognised by Turismo de Tenerife as the "Best practice linked to Sustainable Gastronomy projects" and has obtained 2 stars in the Food Made Good sustainability standard awarded by the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA), recognitions that endorse the restaurant's good practices in terms of responsible sourcing, social impact and environmental management.
The love for the archipelago reflected in each dish
Starfish Atlantic Grill is helmed by Victor Bossecker, executive chef of the Royal Hideaway Corales Resort hotel, and Andres Palenzuela. Both Canarian chefs share a deep knowledge of the gastronomy of the Canary Islands. Their leadership is backed by a strong career path and a passionate dedication to exploring the local produce and culinary tradition of the archipelago, which they reflect in every dish they serve.

The space
Located in another of the privileged outdoor environments of the Royal Hideaway Corales Suites hotel, with a direct view of the island of La Gomera and the ocean. It has 2 very different environments at lunch and dinner time, where you can admire the contrast of the night skyline of Costa Adeje. In addition, its open kitchen and completely integrated into the room allows you to enjoy the dynamics of the Starfish team.
The winery
Sommelier Diego Yanes leads the wine cellar of the Starfish Atlantic Grill restaurant at the Royal Hideaway Corales Resort hotel, for which he has selected an offer of unique and singular references. An extensive list of highly regarded wines, mostly from the Canary Islands. Wines that incorporate the Atlantic and volcanic nuances characteristic of the region to always surprise our customers and that value the products of the land.
