    “EXCELLENT”

    Nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. Modern designed and decorated. Perfect sleep, offering perfect dinner and breakfast. The personnel was so friendly and helpful, definitely recommending. Thanks for the great experience.

    “It's just OK”

    OK let me start by firstly complementing the staff here. They are all very friendly but the location is just OK. It's a bit isolated from the city which is good I terms of the responsible price for the rooms. The room definitely looks smaller than the photo. But there are a few things that really annoy me with the room. First of all we requested a double be and what we got was to single beds put together which is really annoying when sleeping together and one of you falls down a gap between the two mattresses. Secondly the breakfast is not very extensive. I would like to see some fried eggs here but they do have scrabble of which I prefer mine that I make at home. Finally the TV is rubbish in English. All English spoken channels are new stations. There is no pay per view or film channels. Which is not very good give the isolated location of the hotel. But all in all its OK. I just wouldn't come again.

     Dear Sir, Firstly I would like to thank you very much for your time. Me and my colleagues very appreciate all your observations! Our staff is always happy to read possitive comments about the service they provide to our clients. For all of us the most important your satisfaction. I regret reading that our location did not meet your expectations although there is a metro station close by to the hotel (5-10 minutes walking distance) and it is only 5 stops, 10 minutes, to get to the center of the city. If you will travel to Prague again, I would recommend you to contact our reservation repartment. Our agents will help you to select some other of our hotels that would meet your wishes. They will also provide you the information, for example, about size of the room. I am very sorry about the problem with your bed. Please, in the future contact our reception, they are able to help you immadiately. We work on the variety of the buffet continuously and we also change the foods on a regular basis and therefore we will revise why during your stay we didn´t seem to achieve our goal to offer a wide choice. We understand that food and drinks are important for our guests, and we care about this aspect a lot. We offer a wide seletion of iternational TV Channels in many languages, I will personaly see the possibilities of extension of more English-spoken channels. We still believe that in the future we will have a chance to show you the improvement and as always provide you the best service we can. Thank you very much again.     “super hotel”

    I realy liked the great service. The staff was allways very friendly and professional. The room was nice and clean and we had a great view. Although the hotel is almost 4 kilometers from city centre, it takes 5 minutes of walk to next metro station. We will come back!

    “Prague Xmas Market trip”

    We stayed at this hotel from Friday to Monday. The hotel is about 20 min from town but very easy to get to via bus or metro. We arrived early so did not expect our room to be ready. Our booking in was very smooth, the young man who booked us in was very helpful and knowledgeable he showed us some good places to visit and to eat, nothing was too much trouble. We left our bags in the luggage room and went off to explore the markets. Our room was lovely, we were upgraded as we are part of the Barcello loyalty, the room was spacious, very clean and we'll equipped. The bed was so comfortable, the toiletries were very good quality. Breakfast was very good, it was buffet style with a very good selection. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel as the staff there are excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We had a very enjoyable stay.

    “Occidental Praha”

    Excellent hotel in a very good location. I was there in a business trip this December, and I felt great! The room was big enough and offered all facilities needed. The restaurant is on a high level with various food and drinks. I would happily came back here either for business or with my family.
