    Arrived at the hotel and checked in with no problems. When I went to the room it was hot and the aircon couldn't be controlled. There is also a lack of hotel information so I ended up logging on to the website to see what facilities are available! I wanted to iron some clothes for my business meetings and was told no irons are available and to press my clothes I would have to pay. This was then made worse by being told that if I wanted them for the morning then I'd have to pay 50% on top of the normal charge. Don't expect anyone to come and pick up your ironing either - you have to take it to Reception where I was questioned about my Maths skills in adding the extra 50% because the Receptionist was trying to add an extra 100%. Ordered room service and the food turned up lukewarm and unappetising and the walls are paper thin! All in all a VERY disappointing place and I will not be advising any colleagues to stay here when travelling on business.

    Too far from city center,cold room,breakfast ok if u like sweets and fruits cause are too many.reception could not explain how to take the shutlle bus back to the hotel.i called them 3 times and the info was really bad as it was their english.hard to understand. Overall u can find at this price more closer to the city center.

    “Pricy hotel too FAR from the city centre”

    Overall, our stay was good apart from the moment we had to leave. They asked to pay a tax of 6 euros per person per night (which ended up being 42 euros each). As they say it's a law and its because of the location in the central region of Rome and the fact that they have 4 stars. CENTRAL? Seriously? Well at least than the transfer to the centre should be free of charge! It took us 30 min every day by bus AND by metro to get to the city centre. I personally think that you could rent out a nice apartment or a room via airbnb or stay at a cosy hotel in the centre of Rome for that price. And the fact that breakfast was included didn't even help. So I wouldn't recommend this hotel for tourists, if only for business travellers.

    “cold hotel”

    stayed for six nights at this hotel The first five we were in room 125 which was clean and tidy but very cold.. you could not turn the heating up as it was fixed. i did ask the reception for more pillows which were promptly supplied . Did not mention the heating as we assumed wrongly that it would improve. i tried to have a shower before dinner but got soaked and flooded the bathroom floor as there was no curtain. This i found out was the norm. Dinner was a bit average but acceptable enough some of it was a bit cold..We returned to our room and managed to find a blanket for the bed to keep us warm. After a long day exploring Rome we returned to our cold room i did manage to have a lovely hot bath but would not risk the shower. Came back to the hotel after a tour of Naples for our last night and were allocated a room on the third floor what a difference .It was lovely and warm already had four pillows clean and tidy as before. If you stay here avoid the lower floors Hotel not brilliant but adequate breakfast good and has a well equipped gym although we did not have enough time to do it justice. A bit of a way out of Rome but there is a shuttle bus

    “cold hotel”
