    “Excellent Hotel and Location”

    This is a first class hotel offering excellent facilities in a clean and friendly enviroment. Spacious rooms with balcony and fine selection of food and drink to everyones taste. The hotel was kept clean and tidy at all times.

    “Excellent hotel!!”

    We thought we may had overspent on this holiday when we booked it, very wrong it was worth every penny Hotel location was perfect! Shops, restaurants, bars and pubs just around the corner. The hotel is beachfront, its €7 for a sun bed or €10 for two for the whole day. I thought this was very reasonable. Lots of activities on the beach including boat rides, catamarans, Scuber diving, jet skis and more! There were Thomson reps at the hotel every day if you needed help or wanted to book anything. We booked out fine buggys for a 3 hour trek, we had seen on here that it was boring and you didn't see much but I felt the opposite. You drive through vast open areas yes, but the scenery was beautiful and you stop a few times on the way round to take pictures, get a drink and relax. We payed €70 for two people. Staff in the hotel were very polite and helpful. Can't say anymore because they were all so great. Food was better than I expected for an all inclusive, lots of variety! Dinner menu changed every evening which was surprising seeing as normally it's the same food constantly. There also a snack bar which serves food most of the day if you miss the meal times. I've seen on here you have to pay for ice creams and towels, this is not the case. There pots of ice cream all day for free but if you wanted branded ice cream and ice Lilly's then you pay. If you haven't got a beach towel then they just ask for deposit which you get back. People need to ask staff before they complain. All inclusive was well worth it, even though there are only certain drinks on the all inclusive menu there is still variety, if you fancied any other drink you would get an all inclusive price which was like €2 euros for a double spirit. Very good prices!! Bars in the hotel are open until midnight as well and if you wanted to carry on drinking afterwards there are bars open until 4 close by. The noise of any other bars/clubs don't effect the noise in the hotel. Our rooms were silent every night and we slept very well. Air con in the room was an absolute god send. Pool area was massive with plenty of sun beds, we left our room at half 10 some morning and still had no problem getting a sun bed in the sun, however we did go in September so could be different in the summer. The only thing that we weren't much for was he evening entertainment, it was typical cabaret that was average but we didn't mind this as there was another bar which was great. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

    “Re-visit with slight disappointment”

    We revisited for our 2nd time. As our previous visit, we were really happy with the food variety, cleanliness of the room, comfort of the beds and friendliness of the bar staff and waiters and the receptionist and shop lady. Unfortunately there was a different animation team which we found completely opposite to last years team. Very rude, unapproachable and ignorant. Last year they were extremely friendly and approachable and made us feel really welcome (which is surely there job to do so) we almost felt we had done something wrong as we would say hello everyday.

    “Spa Hotel”

    On arrival at the hotel we were checked in by very friendly staff but when we found our room I was disappointed to find a maintenance man spraying sealant around the bath which had filled the room with fumes. I immediately rang reception and we moved to the room next door. The room was acceptable but I felt the bathroom needed upgrading and the lampshades were old and dirty. The swimming pools were large with plenty of sun loungers for all the guests but were rather busy for us so we used the Spa facilities instead. The Spa was exceptional and we really enjoyed using the gym, the salt pools and sauna. The restaurant was very large, serving a huge variety of food. The standard was good but I was disappointed that on a couple of occasions all our drinks were cleared away when we were going to get another course. Overall we had a relaxing week and the staff were very accommodating but the hotel does need some upgrading in parts. Also the hotel is located on the flight path so there are a high volume of planes coming over especially in the morning which was disappointing.

    “First Impression”

    Perfect location. Hotel in general could do with freshening up, room was ideal, bathroom tired, food good, could be more variety in buffet. Both pool areas excellent. Overall thoroughly enjoyable stay. Back next year.
