    “A brilliant hotel”

    Just returned from a fantastic holiday. The animation team were brilliant and really made our holiday. Food was excellent, buffet style with lots of variety and a snack bar that provided food from 11 - 6 pm. The room was big enough for three of us and had a good view overlooking the pool. I couldn’t fault the hotel and we hope to go back again soon.

    “Awful experiecne!!”

    Thinking that you're going to a newly renovated, friendly hotel that's welcoming to everyone....WRONG!! And if I could give this place a "zero" star, that's just what it would have gotten. Travelled 10 hours to Europe from the United States to enjoy a great sister/friend 40th Birthday. Lets just say, the only part of feeling welcomed was when we arrived. They greeting us with champagne and even a toast, but after that it was down-hill. So it was an all inclusive hotel, which there allowance was two to a room, which i understand. Lets start by saying the rooms were mediocre, for just being renovated. The air did not work our first day of being there, it was extremely hot and very frustrating. So by the time we realized that it wasnt working, it was too late and they didnt have a mechanic on site to fix it, so we had to wait until the next day. The next morning, a mechanic comes by to take the unit apart, (as I watched) changed the hose to unit and said it was fixed...WRONG! It still wasnt working. So, finally, they bring us a floor AC unit with a huge hose, that had to connect to the outside unit, which meant our balcony door had to remain open, all day and night. Fast forward...after them bringing the unit, and my friend and I returning to our room, after a nice time with our other friends, we enter a room full of water on the floor, and what happens....I slip. The floor AC unit had flooded our room. I immdediately went down to the reception desk to notify the staff, who showed no empathy. He stated that he would have (mohammad) the mechanic to come fix it. The mechanic came up to fix it, but it was still leaking. We had to end up putting towels in front of it to stop it from spreading all over the floor. So, as exhausted as we were from this, we tried to switch rooms, and they stated that they only had one room left on the entire resort and let us see it. We went to that room, which at this point is in another building had an terrible smell of old mildew and the air there was hardly working. So we decided to stay in the room with the leaking problem. Thats only half!! Every day we were looked at as if we didnt belong, and I guess thats because we were black americans and didnt have any kids with us. The staff became unfriendly after the intial day, especially Laura who is the manager of guess services and a couple of the frond desk staff, with the execption of Stuart and Oscar who were ok. One man who worked the front desked told us to shut up, which was very rude. Upon checking out, by this time, we were ready to go, but had a late flight out, so we requeste late check out, as it was given to another party who was with us. There were two ladies working at the counter, one servicing another guest who was trying to check out and the one who had started helping me. The employee who was helping the other lady, stopped helping her guest, just to say that I couldnt get late check out. For what Im not sure! They had just given it to my friends. So I asked to speak to someone who I thought could help. She said No and nobody would be able to help, so I insisted that she get someone and the lady who was intially helping me, had gone to the back, came back up to say that they were able to extend our check out. Oh! may I add, that because she stopped to helping the lady to tell me that they couldnt extend to late check out, got me shoved by the guest who was about to miss her bus. Talking about the worse experience ever!!!! I would NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN. IT WAS DEFINITELY AN OVER PROMISE, UNDER DELIVER. I travel a lot, all over the world and have never experienced anything like this and have never felt so unwelcomed. A LESSON LEARNED!! Oh, forgot to mention that my friends air in their room went out as well and they had to move to a different room/floor. Just need to do a renovation of the ac units too, not just the facility!

    “Great”

    Enjoyed a week’s holiday in July with friends. Hotel excellent although check in is slow. Maybe need a speed lane for quick queries. Food great with lots of choice and quick service. Very clean and efficient staff in restaurant. Disappointed with room only because I was sharing with a friend and design of room did not allow for privacy. I’m sure would have been different if I had gone with a partner or husband. Toilet and shower are only a metre from one of the beds. Facilities generally in hotel were excellent. No problems getting a bed and brolly even in July. Lovely beach and bar close by. Many trips and sight seeing available. Enjoyed the social events on offer during the day. Evening events were a little twee!!! Overall would definitely return to Ibiza as I loved the island.

    “Bad experience”

    This resort should be listed as a family resort only. It’s definitely not for adults looking for fun or relaxation. The staff was not friendly at all and the entire resort needs renovation. I would not recommend this resort!

    “Great hotel”

    2 girls on girly weekend to ibiza....fab hotel! All inclusive. Pool, food, staff, room excellent! Only few comments being its not really walking distance to san antonio bay, but only about 10-15 euros in a taxi. And not really a bathroom as such in the room....its a seperate cubicle for a shower, and a cubicle for toilet...very modern.... still excellent though. Can rent towels if want to. Staff so friendly, and all food excellent. Would def go back
