    “Fantastic holiday over Christmas”

    We booked this hotel for the Christmas break for three weeks the hotel put us is in the adult only rooms which we were grateful for .this was the first Christmas away for so long We had a fantastic time the food was exceptional the gala dinners Christmas Day and new year were amazing! There were more children there than we expected and not enough adult only areas in my view ! There is a adult only pool that we used but you have to pay for your drinks even if your al inclusive but worth it for the peace ect the staff were lovely and we would Go there again without a doubt

    “Great family Hotel”

    Lovely Reception area, very helpful staff at check in, room was spacious, was rather noisy at night due some sort of generator, moved room quite easily and was better. Hotel facilities are excellent, agree with others as pool could be heated especially in the winter. All inclusive is ideal, which you can purchase as an extra each day, you have a choice of snacks during the day, burgers, hot dogs, salads, soft drinks all of which you help yourself to, even the drinks, beer tap self service, everyone did eat and drink in moderation and didn't see anyone abusing this, which was good to see. Cocktails and other drinks can be requested at the bar. Hotel was full of sportmen and women, triathletes, runners, swimmers and cyclists in particular, which is a great hotel for these kind of athletes. 50 metre pool is heated, and is excellent, many clubs using this pool for training, and even the Spanish National team were using it whilst we used it. Very spacious for multiple teams, and a cost of 4 euros per hour is good value, albeit you may share a lane with 1 or two swimmers occasionally, but no big deal. We were there over New Year and on New Years eve there was plenty of entertainment around the pool during the day, staff were actually very talented who also did their show each night also. Went to the New Years gala dinner, which was absolutely amazing, Lobster, steaks, salmon and many more, no expense spared , food was brilliant, plenty of choices, and then supplied with a party bag for the lead up to New Year, Breakfast and dinner every day was very good, with great choices from carvery, to steak, fish cooked to order and great salads. Walked into Coast Teguise a few times, takes 15-20 mins at a nice pace , along sea front, the centre is full of nice modern and stylish restaurants. Overall a great hotel, friendly staff, recommended.

    “Great holiday”

    We spent two weeks over the Christmas and New Year at this hotel. The staff as soon as we entered were very polite and helpful. The restaurant staff were the same as were the bar staff. The hotel was very clean and the rooms spacious and the bed comfy. We couldn't find fault with the the food as it was in abundance and hot as were the plates. They were excellent with the service. The only adverse comment I would make is that there was no tea making facilities for the morning although you could hire a kettle for a fee. You get the hire fee back when you hand the kettle back. There were a few shops nearby and a small supermarket which was very handy. The local busses were frequent and the hotel has a free bus service to the nearest beach. All in all we had a lovely time and would go back to the same place and same hotel. We were very impressed.

    “Great complex”

    Just returned from a lovely week stay. We were moved here due to Vital Class Lanzarote being closed for refurbishment. I wouldn't normally opt to stay in such a large complex but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was large with very comfortable beds. The shower was always powerful and maintained temperature. The room was kept lovely and clean with daily towel changes. It was so nice to have decent sized bath towels that actually wrapped all around you. The food was of excellent quality with plenty of choice for even the pickiest of eaters, my only complaint was that the food temperature could have been hotter. The dining room staff work extremely hard to keep tables clear and serve drinks, there was only one occasion when we had nearly finished our meals before being offered a drink. The all inclusive drinks were also good with an excellent choice available including cava, sangria and wines. I liked the fact that the bar service was self service so no queues and being able to make drinks at my own strength. The pool area was always clean and tidy and sunbeds plentiful and comfortable. Unfortunately I only went in the pool once as it was too cold. The food in the snack bar was the same most days but as it states it is for a snack not a main meal. The animation team worked very hard and we enjoyed some of the daytime games that organised. We didn't see any of the evening entertainment as we preffered to sit in the upstairs quiet area of an evening. The only reasons I haven't given five stars are :- 1) The temperature of the food in the dining room. 2) The pool temperature, it should be heated in winter to a temperature that allows users to use it comfortably.

    “Christmas stay”

    Stayed for a week over Christmas and had previously requested a quiet room. When I arrived, I couldn’t have been put in a more noisy room. It was right over the children’s pool and bar. I requested a move which they did and I was given a lovely quiet room. Some of the cleaning to the room left a lot to be desired...long dark hairs on the floor (I’m blonde) stayed there for the duration of my stay (just moved around!). My bed didn’t get changed for 3 days so had to ask. When I came to go to bed, no top sheet! The television had no English channels despite other rooms having them. Telephone wasn’t connected . I had to ask for this doing.One night, I had some very nasty visitors in my bathroom.....cockroaches! When I reported it to reception, my room was defumigated and I never saw another.The food was ok but very repetitive.To say it was Christmas, there was very little atmosphere in the Hotel to celebrate this. All in all, I enjoyed the sunshine and the lovely walk to Costa Teguise resort but would I go back..no.
