    “Great location, friendly staff and amazing rooms!!!”

    This hotel is at a great location right by the main strip of Taksim. Staff were very professional and friendly!! The room had a very nice interior design, very unique and clean!!! Fell in love with the shower head!!! Definitely a hotel I’d stay at again!

    Staff was friendly and helpful and the ambience was great but there was lack of cleanliness also the toilets were little outdated It was our first experience in istanbol and we recommend this hotel for a safe and joyful stay

    We booked 2 rooms 601&604 601 if you are 5 .11 cannot stand in the room The other room I complained 10 times about air conditioning but no body cared Location is the only plus point Overall bad experience Not worth it

    “Average stay”

    We were given a room on the terrace (top floor) which we were very happy about. However, upon inspecting it, the ceilings were too low (I even bumped my head) and the room was small; giving a very uneasy feel of the room. We requested the Reception to change our room to which he said he will let us know in an hour, but there was no further follow-up from them. Repairs were below average as there were leaks in the shower and toilet seat. Breakfast and hotel decor was really nice nonetheless. We requested for a late-check-out but the policies of the property were very strict and did take away from the guest experience. I ended up paying (quite a significant amount although they had an offer which the Manager did not apply because he said there was no availability of rooms) for the additional hours that I wanted to keep a room, but the hotel in turn made me change the rooms as well. This was contradictory to the statement he made about late check-out offer.

    “Tastefully designed hotel, the Barcelo Group does it again”

    Tastefully designed hotel, the Barcelo Group knows what they are doing! Lovely welcome service with a plate of fruit, well appointed rooms with beautiful design and high quality furnishes. Almost made me not want to explore Caput Mundi (aka Istanbul).
