    “Fabulous stay”

    We stayed here as a family of 12 people of all different ages. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service at all times - even when the boys kept bothering them at random hours of the night.

    “Occidental”

    Excellent large bed was very comfortable. Downstairs parking was easy. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of meats etc. Pleasant couple of nights, arrived 1am and all night desk was very helpful. Would rcommend

    “Decent place in good location”

    Rating place is always affected by several factors. I find the two to be the most influential, i.e. (i) what are are expectations, and (ii) what is the purpose of our stay. Since I travel a lot, my expectations are based on rich experience and in the end I can narrow them down to the following: a) cleanness, b) mattresses and pillows comfort, c) quality of service (in particular addressing problems when they occur), and d) location. The purpose of stay should define how much you really need some things in the room or a hotel in general. Based on my expectations and purpose of stay, this place really qualified as a decent one: clean, in good location, comfortable sleep, and quick reaction to reported problem with window in my room. Breakfast was a good one and the staff somehow managed to serve large groups of people in a very short time. Wi-Fi was of good quality.

    “Not fit for four star at all stay away”

    No toiletries provided- when requested advised to use shampoo from shower, But saw these on cleaners trolley and took picture Tea kettle removed not provided on request and coffee bar full of dirt picture taken tried

    Stayed 4 nights for a conference The rooms are very clean and tidy, the service is friendly and courteous. Many restaurants around the hotel and it's in walking distance from the conference center. Breakfast is nice and dinner is excellent. Would certainly stay here again
