    “Fabulous”

La Bobadilla is probably among my favorite hotels in the world. Nested in the middle of thousands of olive trees and very secluded, the hotel boasts an amazingly gorgeous lobby! The hacianda looking rooms are huge and beautifully appointed. We had a suite with a private terrasse as well as a balcony overlooking the little chappel. Our bathroom was stunning. Staff is extremely friendly. Alejandro was wonderfull and very professional. The best part is breakfast which was incredible. We had dinner twice and both days were amazing. The pool area is great and huge. We will be back for sure and stay longer!

    “A REAL find ”

Understated luxury in a wilderness location. There isn't much to improve except the staff attitude when busy which was a little 'short'. The poolside and landscaping , restaurants and terraces, and the peace and quiet was just magical and we will be back Simply stunning.

We dropped in for lunch and a quick look around. What a delightful very high quality and idyllic place. The location is incredibly tranquil and the food and service were excellent. Would definitely recommend the place and we'll no doubt be back.

    “Top class place to unwind”

Just spent 7 nights here with the family and this has to be one of my fave hotels ever. The only drawback is that it is undeniably pricey but having said that you get what you pay for so all in all it's good value. I could write a lot on this place extolling its virtues but their website does a good job so start there. Beyond that I'd say (in no particular order): 1. The pool area is lovely and while we were there peaceful, relaxing with ample sun loungers well spaced so you're never cheek by jowl (a drawback at the Marbella beach club for example) 2. One niggle is that the pool bar offerings are pretty minimal - they ought to be able to knock up a light salad or club sandwich so you don't have to go up the hill to the restaurants 3. Good choice of restaurants - the cheaper Courtja has a terrace with a nice view over the olive trees for dinner. The Finca is a bit more refined in its offering but both are good. The key thing is that the menus change each day so you never get bored - we ate in on all 7 nights. 4. The wine list is well considered if not extensive and by UK standards very reasonably priced 5. Breakfast is top class - pretty much everything you could want from a European perspective. Massive choice. We found we really didn't need lunch though that didn't always stop us. 6. Well appointed rooms - we had two junior suites with acres of space and being on the ground floor a little garden with our own sun loungers and table\chairs. 7. Very good Wi-Fi - I mention this because LaBob really is in the middle of nowhere. Certainly way better than I get from BT and I live 40 miles from London. 8. Excellent staff - taken as read in these sort of places but nothing was too much trouble. So the acid test - would we go back? Absolutely. A really lovely hotel - great for a romantic break (even if you have kids, like us)

“Fabulous "get away from it all" hotel”

Loved La Bobadilla. It's soooo peaceful. But it's not for everyone. There's not a lot to do and you're in the middle of nowhere, but if you really just want to chill out in a smart hotel in one of the most beautiful regions in Spain, then go.

Dear guest, Thank you for the time you spent to write about your personal experience. Our guests choose our hotel due to our privileged location in the middle of the country side but only one hour from Málaga or Granada, so our guests can do day trips or just relax at our outdoor pool . We also offer different activities in our hotel, as tennis, table tennis, badminton, paddle, pétanque, horseshoes game, we have 25 km of paths available for hiking, mountain bikes and horse riding next to our hotel. We offer also our Uspa with water circuit and a wide range of treatments. So, depending of your needs you can just relax or enjoy and discover the little villages or cities near to our hotel. We will be pleased to welcome you soon again. Best regards, Manuel Quintana General Manager La Bobadilla A Royal Hideaway Hotel
