Description
In the Marrakech medina, this workshop offers a hands-on way to connect with local craftsmanship through the personalisation of traditional pieces. A setting where design, technique and culture come together in a welcoming atmosphere.
The experience takes place in a boutique located within the souks, where the team introduces the materials and tools used in the process. After a live demonstration, you will learn how to apply embroidery techniques on palm leaf baskets and hats.
Each participant selects the item they wish to customise and defines their design, whether a name, a word or a decorative motif. During the practical session, you will receive continuous guidance to progress with confidence and attention to detail.
A break with Moroccan tea and traditional sweets is included, offering a relaxed moment to interact and share the experience with others.
At the end of the workshop, you can keep your creation and take time to browse the boutique, where other handcrafted items are displayed.
The creative process, the workshop setting and direct contact with local craftsmanship make each piece a reflection not only of its design, but also of the time spent creating it.
