Description

In the heart of the Marrakech medina, this creative workshop offers a hands-on introduction to local craftsmanship through embroidery on traditional pieces. A space designed to learn practical techniques while understanding the cultural value behind this craft.

The activity takes place at the Original Marrakech atelier, where the team shares its expertise in customising palm baskets. After a brief introduction, you will be guided through the materials and basic embroidery techniques used in Moroccan design.

During the session, you can personalise your basket with a name, word or motif, progressing step by step with the support of skilled artisans. The pace allows you to focus on the process and develop your piece with care.

Partway through the workshop, there is a break with Moroccan tea and traditional pastries, creating a relaxed atmosphere that encourages you to enjoy the experience.

At the end, you will take your finished creation home along with small brand details, and you will also have time to explore the boutique.
