Description
From above, Marrakech and its surroundings reveal a broader perspective shaped by light and distance. At sunrise, a hot air balloon flight offers sweeping views over palm groves, cultivated land and the distant outline of the Atlas Mountains, in one of the calmest moments of the day.
The experience begins early with transfer to the launch site. While the balloon is prepared, you can watch the inflation process and enjoy Moroccan tea before the safety briefing. Once in the air, the approximately one-hour flight unfolds quietly, setting a relaxed tone for the day.
After landing, a traditional Moroccan breakfast is served, marking the transition from the aerial part of the experience to the rest of the programme.
Later, the setting shifts to the Agafay Desert, where the pace becomes more active. A quad ride takes you across open tracks and rocky terrain, offering a more dynamic way to explore the landscape.
This is followed by a camel ride, providing a slower perspective and a pause for Moroccan tea, bringing balance to the experience.
As evening approaches, the day concludes with a traditional dinner in a Saharan-style camp. The quiet atmosphere of the desert and the open sky create a fitting setting to end the experience.
