    “Terrible service in a wonderful place”

    This hotel was very good some years ago. It needs a big remodeling. The place is beautiful but it needs maintenance, specially some rooms (which are huge but old fashioned) and some restaurants too. The service was not good, it was crowded and some waiters didn't welcome us (we were a big group). It rained a little bit and in the restaurant instead of repairing the leaking they put towels on the floor! The elevator of Level 2 never worked and that part of the hotel was really impossible to reach.

We are really sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the experience in our hotel to the fullest as we strive to make each stay with us an unforgettable one. Our maintenance team always works very hard to have the hotel’s installations working perfectly, taking preventing and corrective actions as well. Regarding your comment over the leaking after revising the issue with our operating team, they confirm that the leaks were not due to the rain, but to the condensation of the air by the temperature difference between the exterior and the interior of the restaurant and that we have already solved this situation. We were most concerned to read your remarks on the service you experienced whilst staying with us, mostly because your comments do not reflect the usual standard of service we strive to ensure for our guests, please be assured that your review will be shared with our head of departments for further revision. Again, we genuinely appreciate the time you took out of your day to inform us of the inadequacies you experienced during your stay and we sincerely hope that you will allow us another opportunity to demonstrate our true level of hospitality and interest in serving you properly in the future.     “Bad”

    Never going back again.This place is not clean the employees are not friendly and the service is awful.we didn't had a good experience.we paid lot of money and is worthless not recommend this place for vacation.

    “Wonderfull place”

    This hotel is a jewel. The staff are very attentive and try to help you in any way you need. The servers at the buffet restaurants should try to be more helpful and attentive, not just waiting for a tip. In the other hand the reservation restaurants the servers are really nice and try to make you feel very comfortable and the food is very good, high quality ingredients and the flavors are amazing, Also the food from the buffet are delicious dishes made with quality ingredients. They have 3 different reservation restaurant : Italian, Mexican and Japanese. The best one for me was the Japaneses, second : Italian and third place Mexican, The Mexican was not so good, maybe because I'm Mexican and the dishes are made to be eaten by foreigners that are not used to spicy and hot dishes. Some days they put a barbecue grill in the beach area where you can eat fresh caught fish : simply delicious. I congratulate the cheff executive for this brilliant idea. The hotel rooms are very spacious and clean. The air conditioner system is asome. The pools and beachs area are spectacular. All the gardens are pretty nice and well maintained. A very recommendable place to go with family. I enjoyed my experience at 100%.

    “NIce Stay”

    Had a nice stay. Would recommend the spa and snorkeling. Glad we were premium to enjoy the higher end alcohol. Beautiful grounds with nice clean rooms. The only down part was the air conditioning breaking.

    “Terrible service”

    Picked the hotel even though some of the reviews were not great. To start they sold me a room upgrade with view that had no view...then second room a/c did not work. Food is atrocious by pool and very mediocre at formal restaurant. Staff is not trained well but the worst was management. They treated one of my employees that did not upgrade terribly for sitting with me in a meeting in the upgrade lounge in lobby.. again main lobby no a/c so we met at lounge... Big disappointment especially since i booked it trying to pick an upscale hotel for my team.
