    “Big hotel, away from the city and good beachs. But fine for family with children. Food is okay.”

    Fine hotel, there are a lot of cats,our children loves it. Cold pools and the baby pool was not available. Quiet hotel and area. The rooms was fine and the tv has children tv. The restaurant has baby chair. But not the rooms.

    “Fabulous Hotel would highly recommend”

    We were a party of 4 mature adults, who have just arrived back after spending a week at the Allegro Isora hotel. The hotel has been recently refurbished to a high standard. It’s very colourful, clean and modern. The rooms are spacious and of a good size. We stayed in Block E overlooking the slide to the pool. The hotel staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and were more than happy with the variety of foods to choose from. The snack bar during the day was also brilliant. Never a shortage of food. The drinks (alcohol) were plentifull, rarely a queue and no limits to the amount of drinks you could ask for. The entertainment most nights was great, lovely guys in the animation team, lots going on as well during the day. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone of any age group as there is something for everyone. We will definitely return

    “Really good, but if you like coffee with breakfast....”

    Recently renovated hotel (still some minor work going on but hardly noticed. ) In a quiet location. Really clean and food / drinks good. However the coffee machines at breakfast are incredibly slow resulting in looooooong queues. Other than this minor problem, staff great and enjoyed our minimoon. Try la barrica (10 minute walk up hill) or martini across the road if you want to eat ou.

    “Best place for holidays”

    Allegro Isora is best place to stay in on your holidays. It has good localisation, near beautifull beach and in the safe area. Ppl who work there r friendly and helpfull. There is also the best animation group.

    “Good Hotel, mediocre restaurant”

    The hotel is lovely, it is set in a quietish area with a lovely beach nearby. The beds were comfy and we slept very well in E block. The luxury of three pools was brilliant and there were always sunbeds either in the sun or shade. We went during October half term and the weather was in the mid twenties and the pool was on the chilly side but swim-able. The effort for Halloween was exceptional with pumpkin carving, costume making, face painting, a party, themed mini disco and staff performance. The desserts were amazing on this night with mini pumpkins, witches and spiders. The kids club team were generally great and the activities were good. While we were there they were refurbishing the pool bar and another restaurant which I assume put pressure on the remaining restaurant. The queues were awful at all times and the staff were slow to replenish (waiting for a dish to finish, taking it to the kitchen to be replaced, then returning with it full rather than a straight swap) which in combination with the queues was very frustrating. Breakfast food was to a good quality although dinner was a bit hit or miss and not really to our tastes. The pasta, pizza and salad bars were consistently good and there was at least one dish each night I loved on the main section (although there was no way I was going back to queue for more). Food labels even as pictures don't exist and while I recognise they are catering for an international audience a picture of the meat, vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free would be a great help. Drinks prices are reasonable and there is a supermarket, with a good range, literally on the edge on the hotel for anyone who isn't all inclusive.

Regarding the queues at times in our restaurant, we regret reading your dissatisfaction, our staff shifts are studied to ensure an impeccable service throughout the day and are reinforced during peak hours, nevertheless we commit to improve on this aspect of our services so as to avoid receiving this kind of feedback in the future.
