    “Dinner Experience - Mexican Lindo”

    We enjoyed a great meal and service at the Mexican Lindo as part of the all inclusive restaurant selections. Our waiter Elmo who didn’t miss a beat ensuring we had everything we needed. Of all the on-site property restaurants you can tell which are managed by Pansan See!

    “Best vacation spot”

    Worth the money!! Great food, drinks and entertainment. All inclusive is the way to go. The rooms were clean and staff professional. Worth the time, travel and money. My friends and I had a blast and plan on visiting again soon.

    “Dysfunctional resort ”

    Everything is outdated!!! It took maintenance 3 days to restore hot water, fix the safe plus the phone was never fixed!! We had to spend daily visit to speak to different managers for 3 days before get to the real one who hides behind the concierge all these time. The hotel is super outdated - sink is cracked, bathroom door is patched, step up garbage can doesn’t work, the TV signal is choppy, the shower handle was broken and leaked from the handle, all beach towels are torn and dirty and the pillows smell stinky. Besides the Mexican restaurant and Italian restaurant have decent food, other restaurants are just mediocre.

    “GREAT HOTEL”

    It is a good hotel for holidays and business. Good beach and services, white sand and very nice sea. Good food and variety of restaurants. It is a nice place to rest. I met Mr. Oti Buddy (Purchasing Manager), who was very helpful and kind to me.

    “Celebrating girl friend’s 40th birthday!!!”

    We stayed 5 days 4 nights . We’re here to celebrate our best friends 40th birthdays. Overall experience with this resort was very disappointing. We booked 2 ocean view rooms but only got a partial ocean view... most of the view was the parking. Everything was old and outdated....room towels were ok but beach towels were dirty and old. The most basic things were disfunctional....room key didn’t work... closet door cannot slide open ... bathroom garbage pal cover cannot open. My 2 other girl friends next door’s phone didn’t work ... no hot shower for 3 days. The hot shower didn’t fixed until the last night stay. There were Italian,Japanese,Mexican and a buffet restaurants . Foods were ok but not delicious. Service was ok. Honestly the price compared the two other hotels like Hyatt and Playa Linda was comparable but the other 2 hotels were much better and newer. This resort needs a big improvements!!!
